To improve process efficiency, product quality, cost control and competitive advantage, materials and processes require thorough thermal and rheological characterization. Thermal analysis instruments (TGA, DSC, TMA, DMA, MicroTA) and rheometers (SMT and CMT) are powerful tools that accurately describe, thermal stability, glass transition, melting and crystallization, reactions and processes, and physical properties of materials. Each instrument alone provides valuable information, but it is the combination of the information provided by those techniques that ensures the thorough characterization of many materials, their processing, application, performance and economy. Results will be presented to support the combined need thermal and rheological tools.
