Renewable resources such as natural fillers in the field of particles reinforced materials with their new range of applications represent an important basis in order to fulfill the ecological objective of creating environmental friendly materials. In this experimental study aims at learning mechanical behaviour of uncarbonized and carbonized orange peel reinforced polypropylene composites and effect of the weight percentage of the orange peel reinforcement was investigated experimentally on the mechanical properties of the developed composites. Composites having 10, 20, 30 and 40% weight fraction of orange peel specimens were made. Mixture obtained from the extruder to be granulated and then the granules will be obtained as appropriate standard test sample of the injection molding machine. Mechanical and morphological tests will be applied such as elasticity modulus, tensile strength at break, % elongation, Izod impact strength, hardness, density. Also, SEM examination will be conducted to evaluate the microstructure of orange peel particles as well as material distribution in these experiments.
