Drug delivery by smart carrier systems is one of the interesting issues for scientists to reduce side effects of drugs during chemotherapy for diseases like cancer and also drug delivery for the remote and difficult regions. External stimuli are more controllable and convenient compared to other types of stimuli. In this study, Laser beam with high accuracy, lower response time and practical control and magnetic field are used as external stimuli. Laser can provoke a drug carrier, which is sensitive to the light due to the presence of gold nanoparticles (GNPs). Light irradiation warms up the drug carrier through SPR effect of GNPs and subsequently drug releases. Various tests such as SEM, DLS, FTIR, and XRD were used to confirm successful synthesis of the Cs-NIPAM-GNPs-Fe3O4. Drug release experiments were monitored by UV-Vis spectroscopy. Results have shown that nanosphere carrier with average diameter of 100 nm has been synthesized. Drug release in different conditions was done, however the best result have been achieved in the presence of green light.
