conductive network morphology play an important role in determining electrical resistivity and rheological behavior of conductive polymer composites. In this work, nano composite were fabricated via different melt processing procedures and effect of selective localization of multi walled carbon nano tubes in electrical resistivity and physical properties were studied. The results showed that MWNTs in low content exhibits inconspicuous reinforcement effect in polymer matrix. In addition, The dynamic rheological and electrical resistivity experiments verified the existence of a low percolation threshold at about 1 wt% MWnTs. The state of MWNTs dispersion in the masterbatch and the microstructure of the ternary composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Finally,Because of good miscibility between TPU and PCL, adding PCL led to low weakening of mechanical properties of the nanocomposites.
