An effective method for the fabrication of microlens arrays with different curvatures

different microlens array pattern was obtained. The experimental result shows the shape and height of microlens arrays can be changed by adjusting the processing temperature, pressure and time. Finally, the stacking hot embossing of multi-layer molds and plastic films was attempted. Only one embossing step is required in which the various plastic microlens arrays with different curvature can be successfully fabricated.
