This study demonstrated a fabrication of microstructures by rolling hot embossing combined with a novel flexible heating element. There are two parts discussed in this study. First, a flexible electronics heat generator that uses graphene polymeric composite ink on polyimide film was fabricated. The graphene polymeric composite layer of 40 um is coated by wire bar coating. The dispersion, electrical properties, flexibility and temperature rise characteristics was discussed. Uniform resistance and graphene dispersion is the key for uniform heating. Second, a rolling system combined with a flexible electronics heat generator was fabricated. The rolling speed, mold temperature and replication rate are discussed in this study. At last, a novel flexible heating element that uses graphene-polymer composite heaters and rolling hot embossing was demonstrated successfully. In contrast to the conventional facility, the temperature difference is less than 5℃ which shows the high uniformity of temperature and great potential on rolling hot embossing significantly. Keywords: flexible electronics, heat generator, graphene-polymer composite, rolling hot embossing
