In this study, exploring the physical properties of the UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive on PET films. To control the peel force, hardness, gloss and other physical properties for UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive on PET films with different acrylate monomers and oligomers. Using a solvent-free synthesis for environmental regulations. The UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive uses Isooctyl acrylate (IOA), Tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate (THFA), Cyclic trimethylopropane formal acrylate (CTFA), 2-Phenoxyethyl acrylate(PHEA), Ethoxylated(2EO) 2-phenoxy ethyl acrylate (PH2EOA) and bifunctional polyurethane acrylate resin as monomers and 2-Hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone (DB 173), Diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide (TPO) as photo initiators.
