Polyurethane base polycarbonate was synthesized base on Polycarbonate diol (PCD), Ethylene glycol and Isocyanate B1001 (PMDI). Percentage of hard segment in polyurethane base polycarbonate was prepared by Prepolymer method which vary 2, 4, 6 percent of unreacted PMDI before added chain-extender to be PUHS2, PUHS4 and PUHS6 respectively. Base on the dielectric constant value PUHS2 was selected to use as matrix (ɛ’ 3.92 at 1 kHz) and The Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) was selected to use as filler (ɛ’ 1591 at 1 kHz). The composite of PUHS2/ BST was synthesis by very percent of filler by 20, 40, 60 percent weight. PUHS2/60% BST have higher dielectric constant (ɛ’ 6.53 at 1 kHz) when compare with PUHS2/40% BST (ɛ’ 6.25 at 1 kHz) and PUHS2/20% BST (ɛ’ 4.55 at 1 kHz).
