Sanko Kasei Corp. is a plastic molding company founded in 1965. There are 10 places in Japan, overseas factories in China and Mexico. The molded products are good at precision parts mainly for automobile-related products. We aim to contribute to society by providing customers with satisfactory quality and technology Our company actively treats resins such as super engineering plastics which are said to be difficult to mold, take measures against problems and mass-produce it I am making an effort. As for the problem of injection molding, there are many things due to gas, and as a countermeasure, it is common to extract gas efficiently from the mold. This is, of course, a necessary technique, although it is a field that has been devised by our company, gas is generated not only when the resin enters the mold but also in the drying process and plasticizing process of the resin. Reflecting on the role of each process and taking gas countermeasure in total, I think that it is a shortcut to high-efficiency mass production of difficult molding materials. In this report, we will describe the location of gas generation in the molding process and measures for each.
