Temperature sensitive gels (TSG) were widely used in many fields such as medical, robotics, MEMS and also in daily life. In this paper, we designed to synthesize TSG with a lower transfer temperature at around 60〜100℃ in order to expand their further application. We discussed the synthesis of TSG, the preparation of temperature-sensitive-gel (TSG)/polymer composites, and the thermoresponsive behavior of these composites. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), thermal mechanical analysis (TMA), scanning electric microphotography (SEM) and tensile mechanical testing were performed to evaluate thermal and mechanical properties, additionally, to clarify the thermo response mechanism of TSG/polymer composites.
