PVDF/PC blend-based nanocomposites with CNT, GnP, and organo-MMT as nanofillers were successfully prepared. SEM results confirmed the selective localization of individual and hybrid fillers within the PC domains. Addition of CNT led to the formation of a quasi co-continuous PVDF-PC morphology. DSC data showed that organo-MMT, not CNT/GnP, facilitated PVDF crystallization in the composites. The rigidity of the PVDF/PC blend increased evidently after the formation of various nanocomposites. Rheological property measurements confirmed the achievement of a pseudo-network structure in the composites. Adding CNT increased the complex viscosity of the samples at a higher extent than that of adding GnP, and the viscosity values further increased with the co-existence of CNT/GnP and organo-MMT.
