In this research in order to production of blood suger biosensor,an appropriate membrane due to Glucose oxidase immobilization by nanofiber of two polymer of polyacrylic acid and starch that are biocompatible and biodegradable respectively were prepared by electrospinning method for nanofiber fabrication.DMF and distilled water were used as PAA and Starch solvent respectively to get homogeneous solution.Because the nanofibers made of polyacrylic acid –starch face with enzymes, due to its extremely high hudrophilic OH groups may lose their cohesion ,crosslinking as chemical surface modification and for better enzyme immobilization, air plasma dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) as physical surface modification were used.Crosslinking was carried out by APTS and Glutaraldehyde(GA). The effect of electrospinning process variables on morphology of nanofibers was examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).nanofibers structure and chemical composition to demonstrate the successful linking and immobilization of enzymes in composites membrane was obtained by fourier transform infrared spectroscop(FTIR) and improved thermal stability of nanofibers in presence of enzyme and surface modification was determined by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Activity of immobilized enzyme was shown by assessment of substrate solution and ultraviolet spectrum absorption test(Optical Density).
