The competition relationship between α and β or α and γ has been widely researched, but due to the big difference formation condition between the different crystals, the competition relationship of all of them in one sample has received very limited attention in the academic community. In the current work, we utilized a home-made vibration injection molding device, which can provide an oscillatory pressure, to form a novel injection molded hierarchy structure. The fraction of α,β,γ crystal changes intricately due to the plentiful layers hierarchy structure. It was found that the γ crystal only exists in some layers, which have a higher pressure and shear stress, while the β crystal exists around these layers. Only shish-kebab structure exists in shear layers, and the change of γ fraction shows a similar trend to the change of parent daughter ratio. It means the γ-lamellae formed on parent α-lamellae and competes with daughter α-lamellae. Increasing long period of γ crystal from surface to core, cause the decreasing of γ fraction from 40% to 15%. By discussion the distribution and forming mechanism of the crystal α, γ, β, this work paves a way to predicate and control the crystal morphology in various high shear injection molding methods.
