“Three-dimensional (3D) printers” are watched again as a small-rot multi-production technology. The reasons are mainly as follows: first of all, any manufacturing molds are not necessary, secondly, the hollow products having a complicated shape are possible. There are a variety of 3D printers depending on shaping method, but “fused deposition modeling (FDM)”type of printers have been used by anyone in a general office and a home. Poly lactic acid (PLA) is the kind of resin that is one of the most commonly used the printers. PLA is a carbon-neutral biomass polymer which is having a low environmental load and taking global environmental protection. But, the pure PLA products have a weak breaking elongation property. So, cellulose, as well as PLA which is a green material, are used by fillers in order to increase mechanical properties. In this study, as the biomass material, “the green composite as a filament for 3D printers” which is based on PLA and cellulose was produced by a twin screw extruder. In order to compare of tensile properties, the same shape specimens were made by two methods: 3D printing and injection molding.
