Collaboration platform of materials and processing technology for electronics industry

In the IT industry including the electronics, the new materials and processing methods/technologies have been contributed to increase the value of the new products and the customer satisfaction. In recent, any set makers try to find the innovative solution for their competitiveness in the material and processing technology. However, in spite of the importance, it is not easy to find the innovative and right solution for the new product. Many material companies which have so many new developed materials, also try to find the products or components where the new materials they are developing can be applied. However, the matching between the application companies and the material companies has many hurdles to overcome. The processing company has another hurdle to find their good manufacturing partners since our many processing companies are small-size and have limited networks and the specialized technology which is not easy to open. This introduces a practice in collaboration platform between the set makers and the material company. It shows a special-developed platform which was valid to find a right solution for each company and shows some examples which are applied to the actual products. However, even though the introduced network contributed to find the material solution, the more advanced collaboration platform model including the processing technology network, is needed to find more innovative solution to continue the competitiveness.
