Study on the microwave cross-linking mechanism of elastomer utilizing the percolation behavior of CNT

We have elucidated an elastomer thermal crosslinking reaction utilizing the heat of the CNT by microwaves not to have been studied so far. Since CNT of the elastomer rapidly self-heating than carbon black, the cross-linking reaction was completed in a short time. Effect on the physical properties of the elastomer of the difference in molecular structure of the thermal crosslinking and the microwave bridge was studied.
