Cinnamoyl Pluronic F127, cinnamoyl gelatin and cinnamoyl polymeric â-cyclodextrin, using for photo-inducing dimerization to prepare nanogel

Cinnamoyl Pluronic F127 (CinPlur), cinnamoyl gelatin (CinGel) and cinnamoyl polymeric â-cyclodextrin (CinPCD) were used to prepare temperature- and pH- responsive nanogel by illumination. CinPlur and CinPCD were prepared by esterification of Pluronic F127 (Plur), cinnamic acid(CA) and polymeric â-cyclodextrin (PCD), CA respectively. 1HNMR were taken to ensure that CinPlur, CinGel and CinPCD were successful synthesis. CinGel was obtained by amidation of gelatin type a and CA. PCD was prepared by polymerization of epichlorohydrin (EPI) and â-cyclodextrin and confirmed by 13CNMR and FTIR. Then, CinPlur, CinGel and CinPCD mixed solution were exposed on UV light. On the TEM photo, spherical nanogel can be observed. The size of nanogel with different exposed time under UV light, different pH condition and different temperature were obtained on a dynamic light scattering machine (DLS). Doxorubicin (DOX) was loaded to nanogel and release of DOX from nanogel was observed in different pH and temperature condition.
