Nowadays, industries are moving toward to use cost effective, affordable, easy to formulate and processability materials. Therefore, the use of various alloys become widespread due to favorable properties and convenience in processability. One example of these alloys is shape memory polymer alloys. SMPs must have two phase, fixity and recovery so they can recover their initial shape by external stimuli such as PH, Heat,Magnetic, Humidity, etc. Exfoliations such as CNT can improve the properties of these materials. The high modulus and optimal thermal conductivity of CNT, can enhance the properties of the alloy. In present work,SBS/LLDPE shape memory alloy were cured by peroxide and were reinforced by CNT. The results of SEM, DSC,Rheological and shape memory test indicate that CNT increases the modulus, tensile strength and improves the shape memory properties. Also, increasing the amount of CNT fortifies the recovery rate of this alloy.
