In today’s world, recycling plastics in order to preserve the environment and reduce its Contamination is of high importance. Consequently, there have been many activities regarding recycling and reducing environmental pollution. Since long ago, regardless of the complicated process of separating waste plastics, using recycled plastics has been brought to attention. Some of the most used polymers in plastic industries are Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) and Poly Ethylene (PE) also, there are numerous uses of PVC/LLDPE in industries including anti-firing shielding cables, protective, packing plastics, window profiles, etc. there have always been efforts of mixing these two polymers, to find ways to fortify this blend’s compatibility, to reuse them and remove declining their properties. As the low cost methods contribute to prevalent recycling plastics, in this work block copolymer Chlorinated Poly Ethylene (CPE) modification is used to make waste plastics compatible. The mixing sequences and optimum amount of CPE for preparation of waste PVC/LLDPE blend in order to improve the blend’s properties and plastic recycling is studied. The Mechanical, Rheological and Microscopic tests demonstrate that physical network is arose among the blend that shows the modification of CPE also, the LLDPE/CPE/PVC blend has elongation far more than pure PVC and LLDPE, and has strength about as pure PVC.
