In this paper we have been studied the effect of the conductive nanoparticles (MWCNT, CB) and the role of NaBr salt on electrical properties of two recyclable thermoset polymer films: polyhemiaminal (PHA) and polyhexahydro-s-triazine (PHT). The electrical properties of all studied materials were analyzed by Impedance spectroscopy. For PHA and PHT polymer films, for both electrical properties the values reached in the order of 10-9 S/m for frequencies close to 100 Hz were observed for conductivity and close to 3.00 for the dielectric constant for frequencies close to 1 kHz. In relation to nanocomposites, the addition of conductive nanoparticles (MWCNT or CB) did not alter the capacitive dielectric behavior of the nanocomposites regardless of the concentration and geometry of the nanoparticle used, but increased the conductivity and dielectric constants of the nanocomposites. The PHA film containing 0.86 wt. % of MWCNT with 2.5x NaBr increased the dielectric constant values to 7.45 at 1 kHz. While the electrical conductivity values reached 10-7 S/m for the nanocomposite with MWCNT and 2.5x NaBr in relation to the neat PHA film for frequencies close to 100 Hz.
