Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics simultaneously with investigation in high energy Physics develops and manufactures high-tech equipment for industrial and research applications. One kind of such equipment is electron accelerators. The main application of these machines is treatment of the polymers by E-beam. BINP is research institute and has limited power for manufacturing the industrial accelerators. Nevertheless beginning from 1973 we had manufactured over 150 accelerators. Additionally we have partners in South Korea and China. BINP also has collaboration with different research institutes for polymer like IPF. BINP has a special installation for the beam experiments for all potential users of accelerators in BINP. Different models of ELV accelerators are covering now the energy range from 0.2 to 2.5 MeV with maximum beam current 100 mA or beam power 100 kW. For environmental application there was developed and manufactured accelerator with maximum power 400 kW and beam power 0.5A. ELV accelerator can be equipped with a set of underbeam equipment that improves the quality of EB treatment and increases the application of EB. There are: - double window extraction device that allow to increase a linear beam current density; - 4-side irradiation system, which decreases the nonhomogeneity of azimuth dose distribution during cable irradiation; - ring irradiation system that allow irradiate during 1 pass the cables with external diameter up to 60 mm: - the system for transportation of wires, cables and pipes through irradiation area; - the system for grain irradiation; - increasing of homogeneity of absorbed dose on the width of irradiated films, band and tapes. Up to now there did not find application in industry the device with extraction into atmosphere the focused beam. 100 kW electron beam is extracted through the 1 mm holes in diaphragm. This device allows to operate with extra high beam power density.
