This work presents a novel ultrasonic infiltration approach for epoxy and multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanopaper prepreg. The prepared nanocomposites demonstrated promising performance in processing flexibility, abrasive resistance, scratch resistance and EMI shielding for potential applications in wind energy, electronics, and automotive industries.
