Polyacrylonitrile polymer electrolyte composited with graphene oxide fillers for advanced performance

Since lithium ion batteries are currently applied as the power sources to drive electric vehicles, the safety issues of the single cell have gained more and more concerns. It is a common knowledge to develop solid state battery replacing of conventional liquid electrolyte based battery. However, either polymer based solid state electrolyte or ionic conducting inorganics are suffering from low ionic conductivity and the interfacial problem. In this talk, we will discuss the effect of graphene oxide filler on PAN electrolyte.
